I recently embarked on a 15-minute photo scavenger hunt, using my familiar space as a springboard for artistic exploration. With a timer ticking, I zoomed in on textures, played with shadows, and found unexpected beauty in everyday objects. The challenge was a blast, reminding me that creativity can bloom anywhere, even amidst the couch cushions. So next time you’re feeling stuck, grab your camera and set a timer. You might be surprised by the hidden gems you discover!

This photo scavenger hunt was a fantastic reminder that inspiration is everywhere, waiting to be discovered. It challenged me to see the ordinary with fresh eyes, to embrace the unexpected, and to push the boundaries of my creativity.

This assignment was done in the kitchen area of my home. I chose this area because it is the center of all activity in the home, and I thought there would be plenty of things to capture.

I was difficult to do in 15 minutes. I also had a hard time figuring out how to make a gallery with Flickr in WordPress. That was the most technically difficult part of the assignment. Check out how I learned to do it here!

I could have done a better job with the pictures given more time, but I am happy with what I have. Overall, I really enjoyed the photo scavenger hunt, it was a very interesting assignment. Plus!, I learned a new skill on WordPress.
